Please remember the value of your employees' investment will go up and down. It isn’t guaranteed, so they may get back less than they put in. Whlle an ISA is usually considered as a medium to long-term investment for at least five years, there is no fixed term for their investment.

Our online account gives your employees total control

We ensure that our workplace ISA customers have complete privacy from their employer. This includes the value of their ISA pot, choice of investments, and when and how they access their investments.

When employees leave your company, they can keep their Legal & General ISA investment. If they invest through salary sacrifice, their payroll deductions will simply cease.

Transfer an old ISA

Once your employees have set up a Stocks and Shares ISA with us, they can then transfer any old stocks and shares ISA or cash ISAs into their account.
