A flexible, convenient and easy-to-run plan
Our Group Stakeholder Pension offers your clients a cost effective, easy to administer plan that fulfils all legal stakeholder requirements. With a minimum contribution of just £20, our plan is aimed at employees with low to moderate earnings and provides an affordable way for employees to save for retirement.
| Tailored investment options | The range of investment funds is designed to suit the target population for this pension scheme. We offer 23 of our pension investment funds, ranging from index-tracking funds to actively managed investment funds. Alternatively, there are 17 funds from a set of specially selected external fund managers. There’s also a large choice of lifestyle profiles. Remember, the value of investments can go down as well as up and is not guaranteed. Any money invested in the plan is tied up until employees take their benefits. | ✓ |
| Low cost group plan | The Annual Management Charge (AMC) is taken from each employee’s accumulated fund, with current rates ranging from 0.3% to 1.0% each year. This can be a single flat rate or tiered rates (according to fund size to reward loyalty). Our underwriting team sets the charge on a scheme by scheme basis. The total charge is capped by the Government. There’s an additional AMC of 0.15% each year for investing with external fund managers. This can be a single flat rate or tiered rates (according to fund size to reward loyalty). There are no charges for stopping or re-starting contributions, switching funds or transferring to another plan. Please note all of the above charges can be varied, but we'll give advance notice before we make any changes. | ✓ |
Remuneration options
This plan is available on a fee income basis or with commission.
Types of commission include:
- initial (multiple of the first monthly contribution)
- level plus override (percentage of the contribution)
- percentage of the fund basis
