We’ve gone one step further with our early notification bonus, which is part of our Workplace Recovery Group Income proposition. The bonus pays back 5% of premiums to eligible employers when we're told of at least 80% of all long-term absences (those over four weeks) by the sixth week of absence.
Members can take advantage of our tele-interview service where they'll receive a call at a time convenient to them to help fill in the member’s declaration form over the phone. The form will be completed over the phone and sent to the member to sign before returning to us.
