Net Zero Pathway Report
We’ve scaled up our ambition to deliver buildings that are Paris-aligned, becoming a signatory to the Better Buildings Partnership Climate Change Commitment and pledging to achieve net zero carbon for our real estate platform by 2050 or before. Our science-based targets will help support our trajectory net zero out to 2030.
Private credit outlook
While consensus forecasts suggest further economic recovery in 2022, we remain prepared for bumps in the road. Bond yields have been rising but public credit spreads remain very tight by historical comparisons, indicating that there is little room for further compression. The private credit market faces similar macro headwinds to public fixed income markets.
