We are geographically agnostic with an appetite to invest across the UK.
We invest in areas that are in need of good quality, well managed rental homes – where there are good transport links and amenities, but a shortage of homes for renters.
We aim to invest in communities, not just bricks and mortar and we have a specific focus on delivering social enhancements such as health investment.
Driven by a desire to build homes that are designed for the future, we only invest in homes that are an EPC A or B, we are prioritising emission reduction by specifying no-gas technology in our homes and we are committed to delivering new homes that are operationally NZC by 2030.
We have strategic partnerships with multiple top 50 UK housebuilders and we benefit from in-house direct delivery capabilities, providing multiple routes to product investment.
