In 2025, we secured over £10.4 billion of UK bulk annuity business, completing three of the five largest transactions, including a £4.6 billion buy-in for schemes sponsored by Ford Motor Company Limited.
In addition, around 77% of our transactions in 2025 were under £100 million, underlining our commitment to support pension schemes of all sizes.
We have a financial safety net of £13.2 billion solvency II capital (as at 31 December 2025). This ensures we can confidently manage and secure pension liabilities, providing stability and peace of mind for our clients.
