Kia Commodore

Kia Commodore
Kia is the founder of the highly successful ‘Pennies to Pounds’ platform - a financial literacy hub created to empower young people by enabling them to shape their future with complete financial knowledge. In August 2022, Kia starred in the Channel 4 series, 'Money On My Mind' in partnership with Barclays and has appeared live on BBC Newsnight and Scotland Tonight to discuss the ‘cost of living’ crisis. Kia has also co-hosted the BBC 5 Live podcast, 'Your Work, Your Money', aimed to help people navigate their finances through lockdown. Her work has also been featured in The Guardian, The Sun, Cosmopolitan and The Huffington Post and she has worked with a number of globally recognised brands to create easy-to-understand financial content.

Jesal Mistry

Jesal Mistry
Jesal leads Legal & General Investment Management’s (LGIM) dedicated DC Investments Team. The Team provides DC Investment expertise to LGIM’s clients and their advisers, supporting with their investment strategies and ensuring that they are aware of the latest developments with regards to DC investment at Legal & General.
Jesal joined Legal & General in June 2019 having previously worked for Hymans Robertson where he was Senior DC Investment Consultant, responsible for managing key DC Investment relationships and supporting clients with strategies designed for their members. Jesal was also responsible for managing strategic relationships with all major DC providers in the UK.
Prior to that, Jesal was Head of DC Investment Consulting at Capita Employee Benefits where he was responsible for developing Capita’s DC investment proposition and advising clients. Jesal has over 17 years of DC pensions and investment experience.

Charlotte has eleven years’ experience of delivering educational presentations to pension scheme members with a focus on planning for retirement. She is passionate about helping members to plan their futures by communicating complex subjects in a way that is digestible to all.

Colin Clarke

Colin Clarke
Colin has over 30 years’ experience in the pensions industry and currently provides technical and policy strategy advice to Legal & General, while working closely with the IGC and Mastertrust trustee board. Colin also represents Legal & General on several government and industry forums and committees and is a trustee director of Legal & General’s staff defined benefits scheme.
