How to get started

Register for an online account to get started. You can do this at the same time as setting up the app - just follow these simple steps:

Frequently asked questions

At the moment, you can only use the app to manage workplace pensions where you haven't started to take your retirement income.

For all other products (like personal pensions, annuities, ISAs or life insurance) or if you’re already taking your pension, you’ll need to log in to your online account to manage these. 

If you’ve already registered for an online account, you can use your existing user ID and password to log in to the app.

If you haven’t yet registered, you can either do so here or follow the instructions in the app. 

Your data is stored in your device’s secure storage, and can only be accessed by the app.

You can use biometric security, such as fingerprint or facial recognition, to protect access to your app, or set a 4-digit PIN.

Alternatively, you can log out of the app to ensure that user ID and password is required for the next login.

If your phone is tampered with, the app will automatically detect this and will not allow access. 

If you get a new phone, you can simply re-download the app from the Play Store or App Store and log in with your user ID and password to get using it again.

There’s no need to transfer any accounts or data to the new phone. 

You can update the app by searching for it in the Apple App store or Google Play store, then selecting the ‘Update’ button.

You should also be able to set up auto-updates in your device settings, just check your device’s help guides to find out how to do this.
