For submitting your applications forms online for our Pension Annuity, Fixed Term or Cash-Out Retirement Plan products.
It will take you 15 minutes to complete this and you can't save the application so please have the following ready to provide:
- Client details (including National Insurance number and GP details if for Pension Annuity)
- Dependant details (if selected)
- Client's payment details
- Client's beneficiary details (if guaranteed minimum payment period or value protection is chosen)
- Client's pension details
You don't need to send us the paper application as your completing the application solely online and you can request a copy of what you inputted to be sent to you via email at the end of the application.
You’re able to complete this application online on your client’s behalf but you’ll be responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and ensuring your client is aware and comfortable with its contents.
