Care Concierge is a free service which gives your clients access to confidential telephone guidance to help them understand, find and fund the care and support available to adults that is most suitable to their needs.
Our team have extensive knowledge in the care industry and are entirely impartial. Whether your clients have an immediate need for care, are doing some research or would just like an informal chat, our care experts are there to support.

We do not guarantee any specific care provider’s information or service. Your client should not engage with any care provider if they have any doubts or concerns about them. We are not part of any contract between your client and their care provider.
Care Concierge is offered to all Annuity and Later Life Mortgage customers. Care Concierge is only offered to Protection customers who have a protection policy taken out from the 20th of July 2023.
