Legal & General is still open for business and we’re doing all we can to support you and your clients.

What keeps us going is the fact we have a clear purpose. We all have a role to play. We’ll help individuals and families to achieve greater financial resilience. We’ll rebuild jobs and the economy, investing in cities and homes in the months and years to come. And working with universities, government and businesses, we’ll help society be better prepared to care for people in future health crises.

You can help us too, by using our many self-service options. You can access lots of information and tools, including short videos about the case tracking functions in Agent Hub to find out more about the self- service options available to support you. If you can’t find the answer to your question online, then our phone lines are open. However - we apologise that your wait time may be longer than usual. And we please ask you not to call us unless you cannot progress your case via our user systems.
