Eligibility
High-Value Protection eligibility
Our High-Value Protection team is available for all personal and business protection products, with sums assured of:
- Life Insurance: £600,000 and over
- Critical Illness Cover: £350,000 and over
- Family and Personal Income Plan: £600,000 and over (based on commuted benefit)
- Income Protection Benefit: £2,000 per month or more
Requesting financial evidence
If we need financial evidence, our team will make the arrangements. We’ll need financial evidence for:
- Life cover applications where the sum assured is above £1,500,000
- Critical Illness Cover applications where the sum assured is above £750,000
- Income Protection Benefit financial assessment will be done at the claims stage
How it works
Contact and Submit
Either contact our Priority Protection Team or speak to your BDM who will be able to assist with questions and advise on how to proceed to application.
Track the application
You can track the case in real-time in OLP Connect. Our team will make arrangements for any additional information such as lifestyle or financial evidence.
Decision
We’ll contact you with the outcome. In most cases the decision is straightforward and we’ll write to your client with our terms of acceptance and premium details.
