This secure electronic application speeds up the process compared to paper based approaches. You'll also receive electronic confirmation that requests have been completed.
Already got an agency number?
From 11 January 2021, if you have a new individual agency number you will be automatically registered to use our systems and will receive an email from our Auto Registrations mailbox with your user details.
If you have been given your agency number prior to 11 January, you will need to complete the below online form.
Electronically submit changes to your agency details to us and other participating product providers and get an electronic confirmation that it's been changed.
Administration capability includes:
- Change of address
- Change of bank account
- Request for additional agencies
- Request for agency closures
- Maintain Service Providers and Panel Memberships
- Transfer of business and novations.
