Our process and how to get a quote

We’ve worked to simplify the process to get a quote for our immediate needs annuity, Lifetime Care Plan.

    Care fees questionnaire

    Complete this form with your client and their Power of Attorney if they have one.

    Submit the Care Fee Plan Questionnaire form, along with any Power of Attorney documentation to MorganAsh via their  or e-mail it to uwadmin@morganash.com.

    Telephone interview

    MorganAsh will then make contact with the care provider to arrange a telephone interview, once this is scheduled they'll let you know and will also confirm once it has been completed. If for any reason a telephone interview cannot be completed MorganAsh will send out a Care Home Report by post.

    You can contact MorganAsh on 0330 159 8164 for updates on the Care Home Report.

    Call them Monday to Friday between 9.00am to 9.00pm. Call charges will vary. They may record and monitor calls.

    GP report

    We'll normally be able to give you a price without needing a GP report because we expect the Care Manager's report to give us everything we need. This is a change to how the rest of the market currently operate and should allow us to get our quote to you quickly.

    We only request a GP report if necessary, only where there isn’t enough detail in the Care Manager’s report and we need more information, or if your client is not yet in a residential care setting.

    Quote pack issued

    Our underwriting team assess the medical information and provide our operational team with the decision. We'll use this to produce a quote which we’ll send to you along with a quote pack containing our key features, acceptance document, terms and conditions and care provider declaration.
