Because supporting you is our priority, we’ve built in lots of ways you can chat to us and stay connected. You have access to an array of colleagues from across the business who are here to support you day in day out, helping you stay up to date and provide your clients with the right outcomes for their circumstances.

Here’s a little more about each role, and how the positions are designed to support you.

Our KRMs are the point of contact for a range of intermediary firms. Their position includes supporting advisers and key accounts to make the most of the club.

TRMs provide telephone-led support to Mortgage Club advisers, helping to develop accounts and support Mortgage Club lending.

In addition, both help advisers who are new to the club, collating and delivering market intelligence to them, plus offering expert product info.

Mortgage Support Services are a friendly telephone-based team who are dedicated to supporting you with:

• Guidance and tips on how to get the most out of Mortgage Club
• Help and information if you get a difficult mortgage case
• Support so you understand the additional services Mortgage Club offer
• Ask us about our additional income opportunities
• Helping you understand our lenders and their criteria.
