Market Financial Solutions (MFS) have been in the bridging market since 2006. Building on our reputation and expertise, we’ve applied our flexibility, speed, and service to complex BTL since 2021.

What we do
We help property investors reach their goals, making complex circumstances simple with expert bespoke underwriters looking for ways to say yes. We don’t do tick box criteria or long forms – the same underwriter through to completion is just a direct call or email away.
In most cases we can lend more than other lenders to help with current affordability challenges. We can roll up months of interest (pay nothing for 1-9 months, add to loan, repay at redemption), defer 2% of the rate, or top slice from portfolios or wider wealth to ‘boost’ rent.
