If you previously paid in arrears due to a change in your preferred collection date, then the final payment that was collected from your account will be owed to L&G. If a payment was not owed to us please, rest assured we will endeavour to return your payment as soon as possible.  

Once a payment is collected it can take 10 working days to clear. After it has cleared, it can take a further 3–5 working days to appear back in the premium payer’s account. 

We can only assist  with your refund query once this timeframe has elapsed.

Please upload your Grantee/Trustee signed authority to cancel your policy.

Grantee - If your Grantee is a business, we'll need signed authority on letter headed paper from the company as they are the policy owners. Where there is no company letter headed paper, please confirm the full company name and address, with the Grantee's signature within the contents of the letter.

Trustee - As the policy is held in trust, we'll need signed authority from each trustee. Please note, we will require a wet signature from the trustees. We're unable to accept any digital signatures unless we hold a verified email address for the trustees on file, and the digital signature is sent along with the certificate of completion.
