Please book your appointment with our Vocational Clinical Specialists below

You will be able to select either:

  • A morning appointment for a call between 9am - 1pm (please select 9am on the booking form)
  • An afternoon appointment for a call between 1pm - 5pm (please select 1pm on the booking form)

Please note, we could call you at any point during the timeslot. If we have a cancellation we may try to contact you sooner. Your appointment can last between 30-60 minutes.

 

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

Your appointment is likely to take between 30-60 minutes. We'll call you between 9am – 1pm or 1pm – 5pm depending on your choice. If we have a cancellation we may try and call you during an alternative time slot but this won’t be before 9am or after 5pm.

Please be ready to tell us about any medication you're taking. We'll also ask you about recent or planned appointments with a medical professional. 

If you're suffering from a non-physical condition, we'll ask you to complete a Patient Health Questionnaire. We'll email this to you after you've booked your appointment. We'll need you to complete this before your call takes place.

We'll send you a confirmation email after you've booked an appointment. This has a reschedule button if you can no longer make it. If you prefer to speak to us, call our Clinical Team on 01273 373591 who are available between 9am-5pm. We may record and monitor calls. Call charges may apply.

Please don’t book a new appointment without cancelling or rescheduling your original one.
