Field E - simple text - should SHOW if Field D <500

Field F - simple text - Should show if Field D is >500 OR contains a 7

Field G - simple text - Should show if Field A is selected option 1 and Field D = 500

Field G - simple text - Should show if Field D is >500 AND contains a 7
