Michelle believes that good advice starts with understanding what matters most to each person. She is passionate about helping advisers take the time to listen, so customers feel informed, supported, and confident about their choices.
She is proud to help create a culture where customers are treated with care, respect, and honesty at every stage of their journey.
When she is not working, Michelle enjoys spending time outdoors. She lives near Birmingham and loves walking and gardening.
