Michelle has worked in financial services for more than 25 years. During that time, she has helped people with a wide range of financial needs, including mortgages, protection, later life lending, investment advice and retirement planning. This experience has given her a strong understanding of what matters most to customers and how financial advice can make a real difference.
Today, Michelle is an Advice Manager at Legal & General Financial Advice. She works closely with advisers to help ensure every customer feels listened to, understood and supported. Her focus is on helping customers feel informed and confident when making important financial decisions.
Michelle is passionate about building strong relationships and delivering a personal experience for every customer. She believes good financial advice should be clear, honest and tailored to each person's needs. She takes pride in helping create an environment where customers are treated with care, respect and understanding.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time outdoors. She lives in the West Midlands and particularly enjoys walking and gardening.
