Our leaders

Paula heads up one of the largest DC pension providers in the UK with £183 billion total AUM (FY 2024). She leads teams across L&G’s Retail and Asset Management businesses to create and deliver a clear commercial, client and customer-centric strategic vision, while also overseeing Retail’s broader customer strategy.​

Katharine is the Managing Director of L&G’s 5.5-million-member Workplace Savings business. It’s a growth area for the Group with over £90bn assets under management, including the UK’s largest commercial master trust.

Ali Crossley is the Managing Director, Distribution of L&G’s Retail business. She heads up all of its protection, annuity and home finance distribution activity, which includes direct, intermediary, bank, affinity and aggregator channels. That's complemented by her leadership of its Mortgage Services business, plus its Advertising Standards and B2B Marketing teams. She reports to Retail’s CEO, Laura Mason.  

Mike is the Managing Director for our Lifetime Mortgages business and Product & Strategy Director for Retail Retirement. His role sits at the heart of L&G’s retirement strategy, making sure that our customers take a holistic approach to retirement planning.
