Oliver leads the development and oversight of our workplace pension and savings investment options, making sure that they meet our members’ changing needs. He also ensures that those members have the support they need to make confident decisions about their financial futures.
His key responsibilities include overseeing our workplace investment proposition and working with our Asset Management experts on new investment strategies. He also chairs the committee responsible for assessing investment performance, managing risks and seeking out opportunities to make sure that our investment options keep delivering good outcomes for our members.
He joined us in 2009 as a Customer Service Adviser. That front line financial services experience has shaped his whole career, giving him a very practical sense of how effective investment governance and product design, and clear communication, directly shape people’s financial futures.
Since then, he’s moved through a series of increasingly senior investment strategy and governance roles. In each one, he’s been deeply committed to offering our savers and investors clear, practical choices that build confidence, value, security and trust.
Oliver’s currently studying for an advanced CMI strategic management and leadership qualification. He’s based in London and supports Charlton Athletic. His other great passion is scuba diving, which has taken him all the way to Fiji as a marine life and coral conservation volunteer.
