If you've moved jobs during your working life, you may have lost track of some of the pension schemes for previous companies you've worked for. You can contact previous employers and pension providers to get the details of these, although this can be time-consuming.
Our pension tracing service can help you find old and forgotten pensions from previous employers, and only takes about 4 to 16 weeks.
You just need to tell us the name of your pension, or the company you worked for and then for a fee of £100 we'll do all the hard work for you and find out how much you have saved, and where.
There is nearly £20 billion of unclaimed pensions from 1.6 million pension pots
Research shows that only 40% of employed people in the UK know where all of their pension details are
The UK is forecasted to have 50 million dormant and lost pensions by 2050
How does our pension tracing service work?
We'll need some basic information about you and agreement to proceed on your behalf. We'll also ask you for information on your previous employers and pension providers to help us trace your pots.
We’ll ask you to securely enter your payment card details so that we can take the £100 payment.
We'll search for your pensions and contact providers on your behalf to find out the details of your pensions.
We'll email you each time we find a pot and you can see details on each in your personal, secure, dashboard.
We’ll also share your possible next steps and if you decide to consolidate with us in the future you may be eligible for a refund.
