Before starting there’s a few key things you’ll need to apply. It should take about 5 minutes if you have everything needed.

• I have time to complete the form. 
• I have a valid email address.
• I have my original loan reference number (you can find it on your annual statement or Offer of Loan).
• I have details of my initial loan or last drawdown (these are in the documents mentioned above). 
• If I'm not the account holder, I have the authority to act on the account.
• I have evidence of where the funds for repayment are coming from.
