This form is for individuals claiming a spouse’s pension where there are recoveries due on the account.

How would you like to arrange for the overpayment to be paid? this field is required

Paying by cheque may result in a delay to the time it will take to deal with your case as we will need to wait for funds to clear before reducing the overpayment amount. Please make the cheque payable to Legal & General Assurance Society Ltd and include the Pension number on the back of the cheque.
