Marie’s responsible for the strategy, governance and development of our Workplace Savings product and investment range. She’s been with us for 10 years, shaping our offering and leading the delivery of regulatory change to help ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers.
Those excellent outcomes are a key driver for her. She’s passionate about ensuring that we deliver them, alongside making sure we’re offering the right kinds of investments to meet our customers’ varying needs.
Before joining us in 2016, Marie enjoyed a three-year stint at Barclays Wealth Management and almost 19 years with Friends Provident (now Aviva). At both businesses, she focused on pensions, wealth management and propositions that create real value for individuals.
Marie holds the Chartered Insurance Institute’s Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, alongside Prince2 Practitioner and SAFe Agile certifications. She’s currently on a Level 7 (postgraduate) Senior Leader apprenticeship programme, focused on strategic leadership and business transformation
Based in Leicester, she’s an active member of her community. She volunteers as the Welfare Officer for the Leicester Huntsmen Flag American football team, where her son quarterbacks for both the club and GB teams.
