As one of our financial advice team, Daniel aims to give our customers everything they need to make well-informed financial decisions. And as a later life mortgage specialist, he focuses on helping them release equity from their homes. That can help them with everything from living better lifestyles to staying in much-loved family homes.
Daniel started working with us about ten years ago. But his financial services career began back in 2003, when he joined Barclays as a mortgage adviser. That led to a role on a specialist team, helping people with maturing interest-only mortgages. Those clients tend to be people aged 55 or older. So it was a very natural step for Daniel to build on his experience with them by training as a later life lending adviser in 2017.
Over the years, Daniel’s built up a wide range of financial services and advice qualifications. He lives in South Wales with his young family. When he’s not helping later life clients, he keeps fit by running, relaxes by gardening and enjoys exploring the UK and beyond with family and friends.
