Oscar leads his team to grow and evolve our investment offering for our workplace pension members. That means making it easier for those members to navigate the investment options we offer and find the best ones for them. He takes great satisfaction in building new products and services that offer even better outcomes for people at every stage of their lifelong retirement saving journeys.
He joined us in 2019 as a Senior Product Manager. There too he was looking to drive product and regulatory improvement, while also making our pensions more flexible and as feature-rich and accessible as possible.
That followed almost four years working in corporate pension investment at Prudential. Before that he spent five years at Friends Life, where he moved through a range of technical and marketing roles. He’s supported his professional experience with a BA in business management from the University of London’s Birkbeck College.
Oscar lives in Kent with his wife and young family. He loves exploring everything from the surrounding countryside to nearby museums with them.
