You can request additional money from your Drawdown Facility by completing our online application form.
Key information and considerations
Before proceeding, please make sure you have visited our Lifetime Mortgage Drawdown page as it contains lots of important information that you need to be aware of.
This drawdown application will take about ten minutes to complete.
There is no Drawdown Facility on our Payment Term Lifetime Mortgage.
What you'll need to complete the online application
A valid email address (if this is a joint account, we also require an email address for the joint borrower)
Loan account reference number (which can be found on your initial Offer of Loan document or annual statement)
Your bank account details (where you'd like your drawdown paid)
Purpose of drawdown (the reason and the amount for each purpose)
Details of your initial loan or previous drawdown (amount and when you took it out)
Important things to note
If you have a joint account, we recommend that you complete the application with the joint borrower.
You understand that additional drawdown(s) may affect your personal circumstances and it’s important you speak to your adviser to fully understand the implications of these drawdowns.
When we have accepted your application, You'll be required to sign your Offer of Loan before we pay the drawdown to you. You will receive your Offer of Loan to the email address you provide on this application. You will be able to sign your Offer of Loan online via a secure platform. If you're an attorney under Power of Attorney (PoA) and we don't already have your Power of Attorney registered, you'll need to call us to proceed.
