Legal & General Mortgage Club Team
As the largest mortgage Club in the UK, we have an highly efficient team to ensure the smooth running of our Club. Keep reading to find out a little bit about who we are.
I am responsible for the day to day running of L&G Mortgage Club, including managing our great team, working with our lender partners, key intermediary firms and dealing with our external media and events profile.
My role is to ensure that we deliver the best possible proposition for everyone who uses Mortgage Club, whilst ensuring the quantity and quality of business that our lenders need.
As Head of Broker Relationships & Propositions for the Legal & General Mortgage Club, I am responsible for the management and oversight of the relationships with our UK wide intermediary partners along with leading and developing our Club propositions (includes; New Build, Buy to Let, Later Life and Club Extras).
As Head of Lender Relationships for the Legal & General Mortgage Club, I am responsible for the management and oversight of all the relationships we have with lenders that are on our panel. I work with these lenders to develop new propositions, criteria and products that meet the ever changing needs of our members, and their customers
I manage many Key Account relationships across the country, whilst seeking to develop new relationships. A primary aim of my role is to ensure that the L&G Mortgage Club offering and its benefits are fully promoted to the adviser community, so that we continue to add value to our member firms.
I manage the relationship with a number of key accounts of the Mortgage Club across the country and also look to develop relations with new partners. One of my main aims is to ensure that broker firms are fully aware of exactly what the mortgage clubs has to offer and how this can benefit their business on an ongoing basis.
I manage key Account relationships across the country and look to develop new relationships. A big part of the role is working with the team and key partners to ensure the reach of L&G Mortgage Club proposition and all the benefits are fully promoted so that we can continue to add value and be relevant to our member firms.
As Mortgage Club Technology Manager, I am responsible for analysis and feasibility of existing (and future) technology applications, business proposals and projects. Working closely with mortgage sourcing and point of sale providers to ensure technology is well represented and provide technology assistance for accounts, with their integration and development needs.
I manage the Mortgage Support Services Team. On a daily basis my team and I work to support our advisers in all aspects of the Legal & General Mortgage Club including placing difficult or unusual cases. My role also includes meeting with lenders making sure that we are up to date with any criteria changes and also that we are fully aware of their products and services. My role as a Telephone Account Manager is to build close relationships with our broker firms, whilst learning and researching how we can provide the best possible service as a mortgage club. I also look to find and develop new relationship opportunities, ensuring all brokers understand the benefits of working with L&G.
I work very closely with lenders to understand their propositions, this allows me to identify any gaps for further support and education when speaking with brokers.
My role as the Lender Account Executive is to work alongside our lenders to ensure they are receiving the desired business from our advisers, whilst working with the Key Relationship Managers to make sure the correct propositions are reaching the correct firms. I also work closely with Mortgage Support Services and the Operations and Commercials Manager on the SmartrCriteria System. Using the information provided by SmartrCriteria I also work with the Lenders to discuss new criteria arrears and exclusive products.
I work as a Telephone Account Manager with our broker firms, building strong relationships in order to help them get the most out of working with L&G.
I also work very closely with lenders to understand their propositions, in order to offer further support and education when speaking with brokers.
