Gable Mortgages is a new to market UK mortgage lender providing responsible mortgage solutions for customers who are becoming increasingly underserved by traditional lending models.

Gable Mortgages recognise that saving for a deposit has become increasingly challenging for prospective homeowners. Rising living expenses, escalating house prices, and high private rental costs can restrict borrower ability to accumulate sufficient funds to cover both the deposit and additional expenses associated with purchasing a property (Stamp duty, legal costs, furniture).  

We are focused on supporting access to home ownership across England and Wales for both first time buyers in their path to homeownership, and next-time buyers who might not have the equity in their property needed to move home.

What we do

Gable Mortgages come to market with two 5-year 100% LTV Resi Purchase mortgage products. A Standard product available for existing or second-hand homes and a New Build Product offered through Own New for New Build Houses and Flats.

• 1% Product fee on the standard product
• New Build flats included in property criteria
• In addition to customers with indefinite leave to remain, a right of abode, or settled or pre-settled status, Gable can consider selected time-limited work visas, including Skilled Worker and Health and Care Worker visas
