Who we are
For more than 150 years Monmouthshire Building Society has been helping its customers across the UK thrive, by offering products that meet their changing financial needs.
Its team of experts is on hand via email or on the phone to help intermediaries with any questions or issues, no matter how small. Providing excellent customer service is one of the Society’s key values, which is reflected in its exemplary Smart Money People ratings – 5 star for mortgages and 5 star for savings.
Monmouthshire Building Society has recently invested in new loans origination software to make the application and approval process smoother and quicker. It worked closely with selected brokers to ensure the platform serves brokers’ needs. The platform is currently being trialled by these brokers and will go live to the rest of the market later in the year.
The Society operates across England and Wales, with a network of branches and agencies across south Wales and the southwest of England.
