We’re making sure essential services are carried out including, making payments to customers, making key changes to customer details, processing bereavements, setting up spouse pensions, where applicable.

If you're calling for an update on a new business application, you can use Track My Apps, our online system to follow the progress of your applications and the transfer of funds.

He previously worked for Allianz as a Partnership Development Manager creating new corporate partner relationships with banks, building societies, large retailers and vehicle manufacturers.

Ian started at Legal & General in March 2019 and joined us from LV= where he was responsible for distributing their pre and post retirement propositions including fixed term annuities (FTA) to a panel of advisers across the Midlands, including some of the major pension and annuity distributors.
He previously worked at AIG promoting and distributing ‘Guaranteed Drawdown’ to intermediaries in the Midlands area. Ian has attained the Pensions Transfer qualification, AF7.
