CII Equity Release Exam workshops | Multiple dates
In this one day workshop we support mortgage intermediaries in understanding how to pass the CII Equity Release Exam, the essential mortgage and equity release advice qualification.
During the workshop we help you understand the CII Equity Release revision materials, learn how to comfortably tackle the exam questions and give you the confidence to pass.
All our events offer the unique networking opportunities that help you to build successful links with your peers.
Setting the foundations workshop | Multiple dates
You’ve passed your Equity Release exam but now what? After qualifying, we know that it can sometimes feel daunting to take the leap into advising on lifetime mortgages. We want to help you make this transition as simple and easy as possible.
In this one day CII accredited workshop we'll give you the confidence to manage the process through 'fact finding' and conveyancing to securing your first lifetime mortgage client. By participating in our workshop you can claim up to four CPD hours towards the CII/Personal Finance Society member CPD scheme.
Our foundations team are on hand helping you to continue building those valuable peer relationships that will go on to add value to the products and services you provide.
Compliance manager forum | Further dates to be announced
Are you a compliance manager responsible for implementing the correct procedures and processes that allow your business to provide advice on lifetime mortgages? Let us help you prepare.
At the end of this workshop you'll have a better understanding of the market and the protection that now exists, how lifetime mortgage clients may differ from your usual client base and an understanding of our distribution oversight model.
This event comes with the valuable networking and discussion that will help build your peer network.
