Before starting there’s a few key things you’ll need to apply. It should take about 10 minutes if you have everything needed.

  • I've had my lifetime mortgage for 12 months or more.
  • I don't have a drawdown facility.
  • I have time to complete the form. 
  • I have a valid email address.
  • I have my original loan reference number (you can find it on your annual statement or Offer of Loan).
  • I have details of my initial loan or last drawdown (these are in the documents mentioned above).
