As our annuities technical and regulatory lead, Kelly makes sure that our annuities and associated processes keep both meeting regulations and evolving as the annuity market and customer needs change.
She supports our engagement with regulators, sharing input on how their decisions could impact our industry and – most importantly – our customers. That also helps us stay on top of any annuity-related developments coming down the pipeline. She’s passionate about driving good outcomes for customers and investing dedicated time in supporting colleague development. Both have been at the heart of her over two decades in financial services.
Before joining us in 2025, Kelly moved through a series of increasingly senior roles at Capita, Zurich and, most recently, Scottish Widows. They helped her build up in-depth knowledge of workplace pensions, product development and retirement solutions – very useful in her current role – while more broadly being involved in most recent major regulatory pension developments. She’s also a certified financial planner and administrator.
Kelly lives in Tewkesbury with her partner and family. She’s a big sports fan, with a particular focus on American Football. She loves travelling to the US to support her team, and across Europe in search of interesting historical sites.
