What you’ll need to have to hand

Having these ready makes the journey quicker and helps avoid interruptions.

  • Client details (including National Insurance number)
  • Bank details
  • Pension information
  • Quote number
  • Client’s date of birth
  • You may also need details of the clients GP, beneficiaries and dependants.

You can complete the application on your client’s behalf—just make sure the information is accurate and your client is comfortable with what’s being submitted.

Already have access to other L&G applications? You can sign in using your existing login.

Add all applicable details and follow the guided steps. 

Once submitted, your application will be added to your dashboard, and you’ll receive an email notification when funds have been requested.
