Launched in 2018, we are an intermediary only specialist mortgage lender providing non-regulated property finance solutions to experienced real estate investors. We have been deliberately growing very quietly and mid-2022 we passed £1BN in total originations. Quite simply, we are probably the best specialist lender you may never have heard of.
