How to register with this lender as a new user

Register with Nationwide

Once submitted, we'll update our records. You'll then receive an email to create your password when your registration has been approved. You'll then be able to login and submit cases through NFI Online.

Amend existing registration details

You can amend your existing registration details by signing onto NFI Online and selecting 'manage my details'. From here you will have the option to select two tabs, Personal Details and Company Details.

To view or update your mailing preferences, e-mail address or contact details, please select Personal Details.

If you wish to update the address that is printed on KFIs and Offers, please select Company Details.

How to add Mortgage Club as a payment route with this lender

  • Log in to NFI Online
  • Select 'Manage my details'
  • To add an additional mortgage club, select the 'Submission routes' tab.

  • Up to 90% LTV for houses and 75% LTV for flats.
  • Deposit Unlock, allowing your first time buyers and home movers to borrow 90.01-95% LTV, up to a maximum loan of £750,000 on New Build properties.

  • Free standard valuations on all homebuyer and remortgage products.

NFI Online is our online application system. It provides fast processing and case tracking to give you an efficient case experience. 
 
We’ve also developed a mortgage API which allows Remortgage and New Purchase Decision in Principles (DIPs) to be created in third party platforms.
