This page is for Advisers who already have authority with us to access and administer their Customer’s Workplace Pension Accounts.

You can identify a Workplace Pension account with a 10 digit account number starting with a 2 and ending with 01. These are the only policies this page applies to.

Applicable to all our Workplace Products

We charge an Annual Management Charge (AMC) and fund management charges (FMCs). There are no other charges.​

We do not charge for switching funds.​

We do not charge for pension transfers or claims.​

You can find the AMC amount on the policy holder’s annual benefit statement.​

The FMCs can be found on the fund fact sheets relevant to the account holder’s investments and in their online account.​

You can find investment information, including fund based charges, in our Fund Zone.

You’ll need to know your Customer’s workplace product type to select the relevant fund range.

The easiest way to request a transfer to another provider is through the Origo pension transfer service. Please check if the new provider uses Origo and, if they do, initiate the transfer with them.

The first thing we need to do is check the transfer is ok to proceed and to do that we need to gather some information.​

The member can initiate a transfer themselves in their online pension account or you can email the us at indintogrouptv@landg.com to request a Transfer In application pack. Please include our member’s pension account number and enough information for us to identify the correct member with that account.

The easiest way to switch funds is for the Customer to do it in their online account.

Alternatively, if you have servicing rights for the account, you can use this form.

Before we can provide you with information we need to have received and processed a letter of authority.​

We’re delighted to announce that we’re among one of the first providers to implement Origo’s Unipass Letter of Authority (ULoA) service across our workplace savings business. To find out more and sign up, click here.​

This free to use service enables:​

  • A faster and more efficient service, with no postal costs or delays​.
  • Online updates within the ULoA portal, meaning you can track the status and timeline of all requests.

Alternatively, you should email the letter of authority to us at Dcthirdparty.response@landg.com​

The letter of authority should include – ​

  • Our member’s full name​
  • Our member’s date of birth and National Insurance number​
  • Our member’s address​
  • Our member’s Workplace Pension account number if you have it​
  • The letter of authority must be signed and dated within the last 6 months
