Before we can release any information relating to an account, we need to be sure that you have the correct authority. If we don’t already have your authority details, please call our customer service team on 03330 048 444, Monday to Friday, between 8.30am to 5.30pm. We may record and monitor calls. Call charges will vary.
We will email you basic mortgage account information including a redemption statement, interest rates, product chosen, outstanding balance, ERC details and remaining drawdown facilities. On request we can also include information relating to Further Advances.
The redemption statement includes instructions on what to do next and is only valid for the day it is produced. If your client is looking to repay their lifetime mortgage in full today, they or their solicitor will need to call and speak to one of our customer services team.
When you’ve submitted the request, we’ll email the account information to you. This may take up to five working days. If we need further details, we’ll call you to discuss your request.
