She makes sure that our customers can find all the content they need at every stage of their insurance journeys, either on our website or via a search engine. She also helps develop the content itself, working with other internal teams to ensure that it’s both accurate and complies with all relevant regulations.

As a Life Technical Consultant, Nicola helps people within and beyond L&G get to grips with and follow all relevant trust and taxation legislation. There’s a lot of detail in her job, whether she’s going over the legislation itself or making sure that it’s being properly followed. She looks to cover it extraordinarily well!

Jennifer has over 18 years of experience across a variety of roles in our Retail Protection Marketing team at L&G. As an Insurance Content Specialist, she develops great content that both educates visitors about protection in general and our own products. She also supports in the development and review of useful articles and guides spanning across lifestyle topics to funeral planning and wills. She reviews the journeys to and through-out our website, making it as easy as possible for customers to reach the information they need.
