Rebecca’s a digital content manager, focusing on protection. She makes sure that our customers can find all the content they need at every stage of their insurance journeys, either on our website or via a search engine. She also helps develop the content itself, working with other internal teams to ensure that it’s both accurate and complies with all relevant regulations.
She has a strong sense of the importance of protection, especially if the worst happens. Our products can help our customers through some very difficult times, giving them some small comfort and a little bit of stability when it’s most needed.
Rebecca joined us in 2001 as a call centre sales agent. She quickly rose to become a call centre manager, before broadening out her protection knowledge with a range of sales and marketing roles.
She lives in South Wales with her family and new puppy. When she’s not sorting out our digital content, she likes nothing better than a long walk with her loved ones, exploring the beautiful Welsh countryside. Unless of course it’s a Sunday, when she’d much rather enjoy a delicious roast then curl up with a good book.
