It is important for you to feel secure when Legal & General are contacting you or when you are contacting us.

Legal & General will never sell your information to any third parties.

We will only share necessary information if there is a reason to do so. Such as if you ask us to, to detect or prevent a crime or if there is benefit to you and your account.

Always make sure it is Legal & General you are talking to.

We will:

Never cold call you to ‘review’ your policy or chat to you with WhatsApp.

Only call you if you have asked us to. Or we need to speak to you about something you already know about.

Only contact you via phone, email, text or letter. Or by secure message using BeSecure.

Never contact you via social media or web chat unless you have contacted us first.

Never ask you to share personal details. We will give you contact options to send us your personal information.

Never ask you to pay a fee to subscribe to our website.

Scammers sometimes send out fake marketing letters or use fake Facebook Ads.

If you are unsure about any Legal & General marketing or adverts, always check the web address and any contact details. They should match what is on our website.

We will never ask you to subscribe or pay a fee for a subscription.
